Gillen Brewer staff represents a wide range of backgrounds. The school seeks educators who bring a wealth of professional experiences and who value a team-teaching approach to education and intervention. Administrators are chosen for their strong knowledge in their fields, as well as their commitment to the mission and vision of the school.

Head Teachers are dual-certified in special and general education. Associate Teachers are chosen for their experience, understanding of child development, and desire to pursue advanced educational degrees. Our Masters and Doctorate level Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists are licensed and certified by the State of New York in their specific disciplines. The arts and science departments are comprised of individuals active in their respective fields including music and art education. Additionally, Gillen Brewer is committed to employing a staff that reflects the diversity of our surrounding community.
