Age Requirements

• Preschool students range from 2.8-5 years old and must be 3 years old by October 31st
• Elementary School-Age students range from 5-11 years old and must be 5 years old by December 31st

• The Gillen Brewer School was founded in 1992
• Named after the founders’ grandmothers, Mattie Gillen and Virginia Brewer, to underscore the importance of family

• Student body is comprised of children who are challenged in the areas of speech and language, gross and fine motor skills, sensory, learning, and social/emotional development
• Capacity for 82 students
• Preschool Class Size: 8:1:2 (8 students, 1 Head Teacher, 2 Associate Teachers)
• School-Age Class Size: 6:1:2 (6 students, 1 Head Teacher, 2 Associate Teachers)
