- The Event Cover Letter can be used to explain the event or solicit support from people outside our community
- The Item Donation Form is for donating items to be used in the Silent Auction, Live Auction, Pop-Up Shop, or Raffle
- The Ad Sale Form is for selling advertisement in the printed journal that is distributed at the event
- The Underwriting Form is for those who wish to make a gift to offset the cost of the event
